Touro University offers the following online education doctorate degree program:
Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership
The online Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership (Ph.D. EL) prepares professionals from various levels of education for K-12, higher education and beyond as leaders, educators, researchers and scholars. The focus of the online PhD program is educational leadership. The student selects from the following concentration, K-12 Leadership, Higher Education Leadership, or the E-Learning Leadership option, within the online Ph.D. program. All students will develop scholarly and research abilities directed toward the creation of new knowledge, original application and/or transmission of existing knowledge, as demonstrated by a PhD dissertation. The Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership degree consists of 48 semester course credits.

There are no residency requirements for this online doctorate program. Touro University is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools
